Consultation and Discussion

To begin with, we offer a free consultation that allows you to have a no-stress discussion with us about your dream event.

Here, we cover basic-level themes and ideal outcomes. Next, we develop a general concept of the event, as well as illustrate your ideal event requirements and provide a quote based on the discussion.

Upon approval, we then move onto event development with you.

Event Development

This is where we dive into the overall idea and draw up the specifics. We discuss audio solutions, lighting solutions, the venue specs, layout and more.

Once these are complete, we conduct a 2D/3D room layout review. This helps us imagine the effects of venue decisions. For example, we can illustrate to you the different types of lighting options within a set venue, as well as what the colours look like and how that affects the overall ambience of the event.

Imagining the event you want in your head is one thing, but seeing not only a 2D view but also a 3D view of your event in specific details, well, that’s a game changer. During this stage we are assisting you with the development and positioning of our presentation and multimedia solutions, as well as styling and aesthetic design to enhance the overall theme that we determined during the initial consultation.

Backdrops and staging solutions are then conceptualised, with the ability to choose from a wide variety of different backdrops, as well as multiple stage configurations that are custom-made to your needs. These are used to add atmosphere as well as command attention. Once all this is complete and signed-off we take a look at the equipment available, such as décor for increased ambience, or more practical solutions such as seating and furniture.

Don’t forget, while we are going throughout all of these solutions – we are capable of illustrating the final product through our professional 3D room layout tools.

Lights, Camera… (event set-up)

It’s time to set up the event, as expected – you’ve seen it in the making throughout the whole process with our 2D and 3D modelling tools and now you finally get to walk amongst the creation yourself.

Our equipment is in excellent condition. Don’t worry about whether or not the quality of the equipment is up to scratch – our storage and inventory solutions allow us to individually pack and organise our equipment. This keeps all of our equipment in pristine condition so that every event is optimised to be the best it can be. And when the pack-down is conducted, the exact same care is put into storing our equipment back into the right designated areas – talk about dedication!

Your nerves are high during this stage, but they aren’t anxious nerves – they are excited and pumped to see the event in action. Our technical team get the final touches in place and test all of the equipment to ensure that they are all working the way we’ve intended. During this time we are also setting up streaming and videography solutions for you. This is a popular option that adds value to the event during as well as afterwards.

Action! (on the day hosting)

The day has arrived. Everything runs as intended from the second your attendees walk through the door, to the second they leave.

We roll the cameras on our streaming services for online attendees. The event recordings and clips then get edited after the event for promotional purposes. If your event is more of a personal one, for example a wedding, we edit the video the way you like – ensuring that it is everything you could ever ask for.

Pack down is just as easy as setting up, and we run everything – ensuring that all of the materials are returned to their designated spots as well as any equipment of yours is treated with respect and promptly returned.
